360 Energy is the sole developer and owner of 15 MWp solar farms with the main one located in Ihtiman, Bulgaria. This project represents the second such development in the country and has been in operation since 2010-2012.

Our company is proud to announce the development of a groundbreaking solar project in Dupnitsa, Bulgaria - a 123.3 MWp solar park as the developers and co-owners of the project.

What sets this solar park apart is that it will feature the first-ever privately-developed grid substation in Bulgaria, making it a novel project in the country's renewable energy landscape. The grid substation will enable the smooth transmission of electricity from the solar park to the grid, maximizing efficiency and reducing energy loss.

Currently under construction, the solar park in Dupnitsa is expected to be fully operational by April 2023, and it will generate over 200 GWh of clean energy annually, enough to power tens of thousands of homes and businesses.

We are also proud to have secured a fixed-price PPA with the largest Bulgarian utility group for 10 years. This agreement ensures a stable revenue stream for the project, making it a financially viable investment for the long term.

360 Energy is developing two new solar parks in Maglizh, Bulgaria, with a combined capacity of 120 MWp. These projects are part of our ongoing commitment to promoting sustainable energy solutions and reducing our dependence on non-renewable sources of power.

The solar parks are scheduled to be ready-to-build by the end of Q3 2023, with a commercial operation date set for the end of Q2 2024. This timeline reflects our dedication to delivering these projects on schedule and within budget.

We have developed a diversified offtake strategy for the energy produced by these parks, including fixed-price arrangements for 40% of the power generated, 30% rolling 2-year forwards, and the remaining 30% sold on the open market. This approach ensures that we are able to optimize revenue while also minimizing risks associated with volatile energy prices.

We are also pleased to announce that we have secured a mandate letter for 50% of the project financing, reflecting the financial viability and strong prospects of these solar parks. Our financing partners share our commitment to sustainability and are fully supportive of our efforts to promote clean energy solutions.
